Terms & Conditions

The “Ray-Ban x Scuderia Ferrari: Win a Meet & Greet with A Scuderia Ferrari HP Driver” contest (“Contest”) is organised by EssilorLuxottica Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (trading as Luxottica SEA) (“the Organiser”).

The Contest will be held from 14th August 2026 to 13th September 2026 (both dates inclusive, the “Contest Period”).

The Contest is open to participants (“Participants” and each, a “Participant”) who:

1. are aged 18 and above as at the start of the Contest Period;
2. are not employees of (i) EssilorLuxottica Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. or its related corporations or its sole proprietorships or (ii) the Organiser’s advertising agencies; and
3. are not immediate family members (including spouses, children, parents and siblings) of the employees described in 3(b) above.

To participate in the Contest, a Participant must:

1. purchase any product branded “Ray-Ban” (each, a “Ray-Ban Product”) from any participating Ray-Ban store in Singapore listed at www.raybanexperience.com during the Contest Period;
2. complete and submit the form available on www.raybanexperience.com with the following details (an “Entry” and together, “Entries”):
   1. country of purchase;
   2. a response to the “Challenge Question” on the form;
   3. full name (as stated in the Participant’s identity card or passport);
   4. email address;
   5. mobile phone number; and
   6. upload a photograph or scanned image of a receipt issued by any participating Ray-Ban store during the Contest Period, showing the purchase of the Ray-Ban Product(s). Such receipt must clearly show the following details:
      1. name or location of the Ray-Ban store;
      2. date of purchase of the Ray-Ban Product(s);
      3. Ray-Ban Product(s) purchased; and
      4. receipt number.

Participants who complete all the steps set out in paragraph 4 above will receive, in respect of each Ray-Ban Product indicated in the receipt referred to in paragraph 4(b)(vi) above:

1. One (1) chance to win a Prize (as defined in paragraph 9 below): if the Ray-Ban Product purchased is not part of the Ray-Ban Scuderia Ferrari Collection; and
2. Two (2) chances to win a Prize: if the Ray-Ban Product purchased is part of the Ray-Ban Scuderia Ferrari Collection.

A Participant may submit more than one Entry during the Contest Period, provided that each Entry is supported by a receipt with a unique receipt number that is issued by any participating Ray-Ban store during the Contest, showing the purchase of the Ray-Ban Product(s).

The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity and authenticity of any Entry, purchase, receipt, supporting document or information submitted in connection with the Contest at any time. The Organiser may disregard or disqualify any Entry, Participant or winner of a Prize in such manner as the Organiser deems fit, without giving notice or reason, and without any liability to any person. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Organiser may disregard or disqualify any Entry, Participant or winner of a Prize if it deems that:

1. the applicable eligibility requirements have not been fulfilled;
2. false, inaccurate or misleading information had been provided; and/or
3. there was a failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

To claim a Prize, a Participant must provide the original receipt and any supporting documents submitted in his or her Entry to the Organiser. A failure to provide such documents to the Organiser may result in disqualification from the Contest.

There will be six (6) winners selected from the eligible Entries submitted to receive one of the following prizes (each, a “Prize”):

The winners will be selected randomly by means of a computerised system on 18 September 2026, 10.00am at 201 Kallang Bahru, #04-00, EssilorLuxottica Building, Singapore 339338 (the “Draw”).

The Draw will be conducted in the presence of a public accountant who is not in the employment of the Organiser or the Organiser’s advertising, marketing, public relations and promotional agencies which are involved in organising the Contest.

A Participant may win only one Prize in the Contest. Each Prize is awarded on an “as-is” basis, cannot be sold and is non-transferable, non-replaceable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other items (whether in whole or in part). The Organiser reserves the right to revoke any Prize that has been sold or transferred (whether in whole or in part).

The Meet & Greet Experience is currently scheduled to be held in Singapore on 7th October 2026. The Organiser shall notify the winner of the Grand Prize of the venue and timing of the Meet & Greet Experience. The Organiser may make changes to the date, venue, and event arrangements of the Meet & Greet Experience where deemed necessary.

The Organiser may, at its sole discretion, exchange or substitute a Prize for another prize of equivalent or similar value at any time without prior notice.

The Organiser makes no representation or warranty whatsoever in respect of any Prize, whether as to the quality or merchantability or fitness for purpose or performance or otherwise whatsoever. The Organiser is not an agent of Ferrari S.p.A. or vice versa. Ferrari S.p.A. is not responsible for or involved in the organisation of the Contest. As such, any queries or concerns regarding the Contest should be directed to the Organiser.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations in relation to the Contest or under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control.

Apart from the items comprising a Prize (as described in paragraph 9), all additional or miscellaneous costs and expenses that may be incurred in connection with receiving any Prize are not included. These include but are not limited to costs and expenses incurred for:

1. accommodation;
2. transportation;
3. food and drink;
4. insurance;
5. travel documents;
6. taxes, fees and other amounts imposed by any government authority; and
7. personal expenses and other incidental costs.

All costs and expenses incurred by a Participant in relation to the Contest (including but not limited to those described in sub-paragraphs (a) to (g) (inclusive) of paragraph 17 above) shall be borne solely by the Participant. The Organiser shall not be under any obligation to reimburse the Participant for any such costs and expenses (whether in whole or in part).

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Contest or the Meet & Greet Experience, or to modify any part of the Contest or the Meet & Greet Experience, at any time without prior notice to any Participant. In the event of such cancellation, postponement or modification, the Organiser may notify the Participants. If the Contest or the Meet & Greet Experience is postponed, cancelled or modified, there shall be no refund or reimbursement of any costs incurred and the cancelled or postponed Contest or Meet & Greet Experience may not be rescheduled. In such case, the Organiser shall not be liable for any losses.

Winners shall be notified of the results of the Draw and the Prize collection deadline by call within seven (7) days after the date of the Draw, based on the details provided to the Organiser.

If any winner of a Prize is not contactable, does not collect the Prize by the Prize collection deadline, or chooses not to produce proof of identification or any other documents (including any proof of purchase described in paragraph 8 above) requested by the Organiser, such winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. The Organiser may select another winner for that Prize from its reserve winner list. Any winner whose Prize has been forfeited or is uncollected by the Prize collection deadline shall not be entitled to any compensation from the Organiser, whether or not that winner has been notified.

A winner of a Prize must produce proof of identification upon Prize collection at 201 Kallang Bahru, #04-00, EssilorLuxottica Building, Singapore 339338, between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9.30am to 5.30pm. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the identity of any winner of any Prize against the details provided to the Organiser.

To participate in the Meet & Greet Experience, the winner of the Grand Prize agrees to comply with all venue rules, event requirements, health and safety measures, and directions and instructions issued by the Organiser, venue personnel, security personnel, and event management personnel. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, the Meet & Greet Experience any individual if, in the Organiser’s opinion, it is necessary or appropriate to do so.

The Meet & Greet Experience is for the winner of the Grand Prize only and no other person can attend or participate in the Meet & Greet Experience without the Organiser’s consent.

By participating in the Contest, Participants consent to the Organiser collecting, processing, using and disclosing their personal data for the following purposes:

1. to organise, conduct and administer the Contest, including verifying entries and determining winners;
2. to communicate with Participants regarding the Contest and any Prize awarded;
3. to facilitate Prize fulfilment and participation in the Meet & Greet Experience;
4. to be processed, stored, and disclosed or transferred to the Organiser's related corporations, service providers, contractors, and business or collaboration partners, whether inside or outside Singapore, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, and compliance with legal, regulatory or administrative requirements;
5. to be disclosed where the Organiser believes such disclosure is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against an individual who may be causing damage to or interfering with the Contest, the Organiser, or any third party's rights, or where required by a court of law or other relevant body; and
6. for any other purposes as may be stated in these terms and conditions.

The personal data that may be collected, processed, used or disclosed include a Participant's name, contact details, purchase information, supporting documentation, and any other information provided in connection with the Contest. Such personal data will be used solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 25 and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Singapore.

By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees that the Organiser may use his or her name, image, photograph, likeness, voice and statements relating to the Contest for publicity, promotional and marketing purposes in any media, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law and subject to any applicable rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense arising as a result of or in connection with the Contest and/or redemption or use of any Prize howsoever arising and each Participant agrees to indemnify the Organiser against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind arising as a result of or in connection with such Participant’s participation in the Contest.

The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest is final. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing, advertising, or promotional material relating to the Contest, these terms and conditions will prevail.

The Organiser may at its sole discretion (a) amend or vary these terms and conditions and (b) cancel or suspend the Contest without any notice or liability to any party.

Participation in the Contest is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Each Participant represents and warrants that:

1. the personal details provided to the Organiser are accurate and complete, and undertakes to ensure that such personal details remain accurate and complete at all material times; and
2. such Participant is participating in the Contest on his or her own account, and not on behalf of another person.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The Participants and the Organiser submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

A person who does not participate in the Contest shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

The Organiser shall not be obliged to provide any replacement travel arrangements, compensation, reimbursement or cash alternative arising from such cancellation, delay, disruption or change.

Once the Grand Prize has been accepted and travel arrangements have been confirmed, any cancellation by the winner shall result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize, and the winner shall bear non-refundable costs incurred by the Organiser in connection with the cancellation, including return economy class air ticket and accommodation cancellation charges.

The Organiser shall not be held liable if a winner of the Grand Prize is unable to travel due to visa restrictions, immigration decisions, travel disruptions, or failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

Each winner of a Prize shall be solely responsible for any taxes, duties, levies or other charges arising from acceptance or use of their Prize.

ของรางวัล Meet & Greet นักแข่งจากทีม Scuderia Ferrari HP นั้นไม่สามารถกำหนดระยะเวลาการพบปะ ความยาวนานในการพูดคุย ตามความต้องการหรือความพึงพอใจของผู้โชคดีได้ เนื่องจากภารกิจของนักแข่งเอง ของรางวัลประเภทสินค้าพรีเมี่ยม (Merchandise) และแว่นส่งมอบแก่ผู้โชคดีตามสภาพที่เป็นอยู่ “as-is” basis

ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนของรางวัลเป็นเงินสด หรือเคลมในทุกกรณี

หากผู้โชคดีไม่ยืนยันสิทธิ์การรับรางวัลพร้อมทั้งแสดงหลักฐานตามที่บริษัทฯ ร้องขอได้ครบถ้วน เข้ามาตามวิธีการ ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ไม่ว่าโดยเหตุใดๆก็ตาม จะถือว่าผู้โชคดีสละสิทธิ์ในการรับรางวัล ทางบริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการมอบรางวัลดังกล่าว ให้แก่ผู้โชคดีสำรองถัดไป และถือว่าผู้โชคดีได้สละสิทธิ์การแลกรางวัลโดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวใดๆอีก

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ให้รางวัลเฉพาะแก่ผู้โชคดี/ผู้ร่วมรายการ/ผู้รับรางวัล ที่มีคุณสมบัติและยอมรับและปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขของบริษัทเท่านั้น

ผู้โชคดีจะต้องชำระค่าภาษี หัก ณ ที่จ่าย 5% ตามมูลค่ารางวัล เป็นโอนเข้าบัญชีบริษัท ธนาคาร ซิตี้แบงก์ ชื่อบัญชี Sunglass Hut (Thailand) Co., Ltd. เลขที่บัญชี 5-127741-028 ประเภทบัญชี ออมทรัพย์ รวมทั้งค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นใดที่นอกเหนือจากรางวัลดังกล่าวเอง เช่นค่าเดินทางภายในประเทศ, ค่าประกันการเดินทาง, ค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวอื่นๆของผู้ได้รับรางวัลและผู้ติดตาม ก่อนการเดินทาง และ/หรือ ก่อนรับรางวัล

การตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด และไม่สามารถโต้แย้ง หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ ไม่ว่าทางใดๆ

หากพบว่ามีการทุจริตเกิดขึ้น หรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดไม่ว่าในกรณีใด ๆ จะตัดสิทธิ์การเข้าร่วมการจับรางวัลหรือรับของรางวัลโดยอัตโนมัติ โดยมิต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าและจะดำเนินคดีตามกฎหมายอย่างถึงที่สุด

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงของรางวัลในมูลค่าที่เท่ากัน หรือใกล้เคียงกัน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า และไม่ต้องได้รับความยินยอม และไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมทราบล่วงหน้า

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไข เพิ่มเติมเงื่อนไขในกติกาต่างๆ ยกเลิก เปลี่ยนแปลง ยืดขยาย หรือถอนกิจกรรมได้โดยดุลพินิจของผู้จัดกิจกรรมเพียงผู้เดียว

ของรางวัลต่างๆ ที่มอบให้กับผู้ชนะรางวัลนั้นไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้แก่ผู้อื่น หรือนำไปขายต่อและไม่สามารถเปลี่ยน หรือแลกเป็นเงินสด หรือของรางวัลอื่นได้ หากมีการขายต่อหรือโอนแลกเปลี่ยน รางวัลดังกล่าวจะถูกเพิกถอน

เมื่อท่านกรอกข้อมูล และส่งชิงโชคแล้ว บริษัทฯ ถือว่าท่านยินยอมให้บริษัทฯ เก็บรวบรวม และประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว นอกจากนี้ ท่านตกลงว่าข้อมูลที่แจ้งแก่บริษัทฯ เป็นความจริง หากบริษัทฯ ตรวจพบข้อมูลใด ไม่ตรงตามข้อเท็จจริง บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิตัดสิทธิการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมของท่านในทันที โดยถือคำวินิจฉัยของบริษัทเป็นที่สุด
